Take the A22 Brenner motorway and take the Klausen or Bolzano exit. From there, head up into the Schlern region towards Kastelruth, Seis and Völs. It is around 20 km from Bolzano. Plan your route on Google Maps.

The Seiser Alm cable car is not included as it is privately operated. Long-distance trains such as Railjet, EC, Frecciargento and Italo are also excluded.
They are now only available in digital form. You must scan the QR code when boarding. It is valid from arrival until departure. Children under the age of 6 do not need a ticket, as they travel free of charge anyway. Dogs are not issued with tickets. They travel free of charge on the Seiser Alm shuttle buses; on other buses, they pay the standard fare.
Yes, we offer free parking for our guests. We have both open and covered parking spaces, as well as a charging station for electric cars.
The Seiser Alm Cable Car is just 800 meters from the hotel and only a few minutes' walk away. In winter, the ski bus will take you comfortably to the Seiser Alm Cable Car. It stops right across from our hotel.
